An Instrumental Approach To Your Health
This was my first time having tool assisted massage and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I came in on Saturday for a session after having had bad neck and shoulder pain for a few weeks. Looking at the tools I initially felt a bit intimidated, but I found it actually felt very relaxing and left feeling better than I had in weeks. It has been several days now and unlike with other massages I am still feeling the benefit. Would definitely recommend and come back in the future!

I recently attended 3 Bowen sessions with Louise. It was an amazing experience, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I had been having restricted movement in my neck and shoulders after a car accident 3 years ago. With the help from Louise and her roll techniques, and the energy and heat coming from her hands I definitely feel a big difference. I no longer feel pain in my neck and shoulders, they feel like they have been pinned back, and my posture is better. After the first session I left feeling like I'd grown a few inches. I would thoroughly recommend Louise to anyone who is experiencing pain. She is knowledgeable and professional in her role.
